As an experienced Animal Care Attendant, you already know what it takes to be a successful veterinary professional. Some of the key skills that we are looking for with this opportunity include: 

  • Checking in patients and reviewing needs with clients regarding their pets while boarding 

  • Acquiring knowledge of our services to effectively assist clients and patients. 

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standard of emergency care. 

  • Accurately document all necessary information in client/patient records. 

  • Familiarity with infectious diseases, prevention, and steps to reduce or eliminate transmission. 

  • Maintaining a clean boarding area for patients. 

  • Strong communication skills with both colleagues and clients. 

  • Withstanding endless puppy kisses and kitty headbutts
