A seasoned banking professional with 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
A people person who thrives on mentorship, teamwork, and customer delight
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and a strong communicator
Bachelor’s degree in a related field—or equivalent experience that proves you're the real deal
Bonus points if you have your Life Insurance License or FINRA Series 65/66
Strong tech skills—you're a whiz with Microsoft Office and can handle typical office tech with ease
Able to manage a branch with 8 team members or more than one location
