As the Corporate Education Specialist, you’ll get to design, implement, and improve training programs that make a real difference for our team—and ultimately, our business!
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be at the heart of all things learning, development, and growth. Whether it's curating innovative training programs or making sure everyone is up to date on compliance, you’ll keep our employees on top of their game!
Here’s what your exciting day-to-day will look like:
- Lead the charge in shaping our employee development strategies, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Administer and optimize our learning management system (LMS), ensuring smooth sailing with all training needs.
- Dive deep into employee training needs by collaborating with managers and team members. Your ability to assess, analyze, and create solutions will make you a star!
- Keep training programs fresh, exciting, and engaging by reviewing and improving materials to meet the ever-changing needs of the industry.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors, ensuring your team gets the best training opportunities.
- Help us plan, track, and execute a year-long Corporate Education business plan, all while managing a budget like a pro!
Who You Are:
You’re a training guru with an eye for detail and a passion for people! You’re a strong communicator, a tech whiz, and you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You love staying up-to-date with the latest in learning tech and development trends, and you're always ready to bring your best ideas to the table.
Your Superpowers:
- Education & Experience: You’ve got a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Adult Education, Organizational Development, or HR. Plus, you've got at least 4 years of experience in corporate learning and LMS management. You’ve been there, done that and know what works.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and have experience using learning tools like Articulate 360 (or similar). You can pick up new software in no time and help others do the same!
- Communication Skills: You’re a clear, concise communicator—whether you’re creating training materials, giving presentations, or collaborating with others.
- Problem Solver: You’re great at identifying challenges and coming up with solutions that will keep training fresh, engaging, and relevant.
- HR Knowledge: You have an understanding of HR best practices, including compliance, employee relations, and workforce management.
