- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Retail/hospitality experience (cash handling is a plus, but no banking experience needed!)
- Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to handle complex situations with ease and independence
