This job code is reserved for recognized experts in a technical field. Viewed as a technical leader by customers, peers and subordinates, these individuals serve as the leader of a key technology in one or more business areas. They are called upon to participate on unrelated programs or proposals requiring the area of technical expertise. The selected candidate will be expected to drive technical excellence in our Space Vehicle Architectures development activities across multiple business units, customers and acquisitions. By leveraging their technical experience, working relationships within industry, education, and professional societies, this individual will attract and capture new business and drive operational excellence on existing program technical performance. NG Fellows are also expected to be technical leaders, driving mentorship and knowledge sharing across myriad pursuits.Basic Qualifications-Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 20 years relevant experience -or--Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 18 years relevant experience -or--Doctor of Philosophy degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience- Candidate must have and be able to maintain a Dept. of Defense Top Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications-Significant experience in Space Vehicle systems and Payload Accommodation across all phases of programs, from business development to operations-Demonstrated ability to drive technical innovation in system architectures and life cycle affordability-A history of leadership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing to develop exceptional technical talent Northrop Grumman offers a competitive and robust benefits program. Salary Range: $201,600 USD - $302,400 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
