Position Highlights

• Position: Advanced Practice Provider - Urology - Medical Group
• Location: Highland Park Hospital, Highland Park, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (5 8-hour days) or 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (4 10-hour shifts)
• Required Travel: Glenbrook Hospital & 1000 Central St in Evanston
  
  

What You Will Need

• License: IL Advanced Practice Licensure (APN), IL Controlled Substance license and Federal DEA required
• Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: Prior APN experience preferred
  
  

What You Will Do

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
• Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
