- NBCOT certified upon hire; renewal optional
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- One year experience in post-acute care preferred
- CPR certification required upon hire
- Participate in community health projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Liaison with patients and families
- Demonstrate good body mechanics
- Make independent decisions as needed
- Knowledgeable of relevant laws and guidelines
- Implement departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships
- Adhere to company policies and Code of Conduct
- Follow treatment plans and chart appropriately
- Utilize therapy software accurately
- Exhibit excellent customer service
- Assist in patient evacuation
- Demonstrate dependable attendance
