Seeking a Travel Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in White River Junction, Vermont for a 16-week contract.
- Schedule: M-F, 8AM - 4:30PM, 40 hours/week, with 2 weekend days every 4 weeks.
- EMR: EPIC; guaranteed 32 hours/week.
- Requirements: RN license, home health experience, strong critical thinking, excellent communication, commitment to patient care, punctuality, BLS certification, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
- Pay: $2,730/week with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Preferred: 1 year home health experience and ability to relocate to White River Junction, VT.
