Home Health RN

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Private Duty Nurse (RN) with trach experience to provide in-home healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, experience in medication administration, and assistance with ADLs. This full-time position requires attendance at school with the patient on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

• Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care, monitor health conditions, administer medications, assist with G-tubes, manage trachs, and maintain documentation.
• Qualifications: Valid RN license in Arizona, current CPR certification, strong clinical skills, and reliable transportation.
• Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour with benefits including 401(k) and health insurance.
  
  

Experience with trachs (2 years required) and willingness to travel to patient homes in Phoenix, AZ is essential.
