Responsibilities

A Nurse Practitioner is needed to manage the medical needs of skilled nursing residents in sub-acute rehab and long-term care units. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary and preventative care
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Diagnosing health conditions and proposing treatments
  • Prescribing medications and maintaining records
  • Overseeing overall patient health
