What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist - Tampa - Sun City Center position at Northshore Home Health Care?
In This Role, You Will
- Evaluate and manage therapy patients, identifying functional limitations and creating Therapy Plans of Care.
- Deliver treatments and coordinate care with the Therapy team.
- Work in a dynamic Hand/Occupational Therapy department focused on orthopaedic conditions.
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and certified as an Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR).
- Licensed in Florida with three years of outpatient hand therapy experience and strong splinting skills.
- Either a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or working towards certification.
- Passionate about making a positive impact and collaborating with a diverse team.
