Job Summary
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision, including various rehabilitation types.
- Participate in home assessments and assist in care plan development.
- Work with minimal supervision and mentor staff.
- High School Education/GED preferred.
- Associates/Technical Degree in occupational therapy preferred.
- Two years of rehabilitative services experience preferred.
- Required: Occupational Therapy Assistant certification and CPR/BLS certification.
- Implement treatment plans and assist patients with mobility and daily needs.
- Maintain equipment and assist with scheduling.
- All associates must receive required vaccinations.
