About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, following established treatment plans and physician orders.
- Maintain accurate records of client care, including progress notes and medication management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Support clients and families in achieving optimal health outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota.
- No experience necessary; training provided for the right candidate.
Working Conditions:
- This is a PRN position, offering flexible scheduling with opportunities to work on Tuesdays from 7am-7pm.
Compensation:
Rates: $32.00-$40.25/hour (RN) or $25.00-$31.00/hour (LPN), based on experience.
