- Deliver physical therapy services per physician's plan, including assessments and evaluations.
- Direct treatment, instruct patients and caregivers, and report patient reactions to treatment.
- Participate in discharge planning and maintain communication with care team members.
- Supervise therapy assistants and adhere to company policies.
- Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and valid state license.
- Two years of clinical experience and strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer use and valid driver's license required.
- Active CPR certification for outpatient positions.
