RN-Ambulatory

Seeking an RN for the Women's Health team in the high-risk Maternal Fetal division. The role involves providing nursing support, patient care, triage, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Responsibilities include documentation, case management, direct patient care, telephone triage, scheduling, patient education, and community outreach. Candidates must have an Associate's degree in nursing, NYS RN licensure, and current CPR certification. Preferred skills include excellent communication, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and experience with electronic health records. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with no weekend or holiday requirements.
