- Hours : Monday-Friday, 8am -4 : 30pm
- Primarily remote work, occasional onsite meetings
Job Summary :
The Salesforce Business Analyst / Admin is considered a subject matter expert, involved with all phases of software development from design to implementation to post implementation problem solving. This position is easily able to code, tests, debugs and documents program applications specific to their team. May be required to develop application designs, devise or modify procedures to solve system software or user problems and prepare detailed specifications. This position may be required to mentor peers and provide educational / informational sessions to improve workflows, troubleshooting or system design pertaining to their team.
Candidates should be proficient in planning discovery activities, mapping business processes, eliciting requirements, and writing user stories with the goal to build scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
Familiarity with marketing and / or health systems is highly desirable, with majority of time spent on liaising with marketing, clinical teams and other healthcare teams.
