What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at Northshore Skilled Nursing Facility?
We are a Long-term Care Skilled Nursing facility seeking a business office oriented individual to work as our Human Resources and Residents Trust Fund Coordinator. This position is full-time with benefits.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- New Hire application processing
- Orientation of new hires (policies/compliance, HIPAA, etc.)
- Payroll support functions, including setting up new hires into the time clock, daily processing of missing punches and working other payroll staff daily
- HR records maintenance, including keeping up with staff licensing
- Management of the Resident Trust Fund according to the Standards for Payment
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be an organized multi-tasker, computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
