We are seeking a highly qualified instructor to teach engineering drawing and design courses at Northshore Technical Community College. As a Drafting and Design Adjunct Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans to meet the needs of our students.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering drawing and design, as well as four years of work experience in the drafting and design field. They will be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, follow instructions accurately, and maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials.
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree or higher from a nationally or regionally accredited college or university in Engineering Drawing and Design, Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Four years' work experience in the drafting and design field
- Skills in classroom technology, including computer skills, projectors, etc.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally
