- Location: Addison, IL (303 W. Lake St)
- Full Time/Part Time: Full time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, one four hour Saturday per month
- Participation in family medicine call rotation
- As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance. Pay range: $111,000-$143,000.
What you will need:
- Licensed as FNP or PA-C in Illinois
- Experience preferred but not required
- Spanish speaking preferred
