Endeavor Health is currently seeking an exceptional Family Medicine physician for practice opportunity at our Gurnee (15 Tower Court) practice. What you will need :
License : Illinois Medical License or License Pending
Certification : The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified / eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.
What you will do :
Development of a clinical practice.
A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning / evening / weekend hours.
Participation in weekend and weekday call.
Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
