Surgical Tech Certified - Labor & Delivery - Days

Position Highlights:

• Hourly Pay Range: $24.06 - 39.92. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $26.61 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
• Location: Naperville, IL
• Full Time - 36 hours
• Hours: Days 7 am - 7 pm with rotating weekends and rotating holidays

What you will do:

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to patients. This includes knowledge of the physical and psychological needs of patients served and the ability to respond appropriately to those needs.
• Acts as a surgical scrub person by performing any combination of tasks before, during and after surgery to assist the surgical team.
• Develops and maintains cooperative working relationships with a variety of Hospital personnel necessary in order to schedule examinations, order supplies, gather and exchange information, resolve operational problems and improve services provided.
• Maintains collaborative association with physicians to enhance teamwork of unit staff.

What you will need:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
• National certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists is required. If applicant does not possess certification at time of hire, must obtain it within 18 months of hire date.
