Position Highlights :

  • Position : Cardiac Sonographer
  • Hourly Pay Range : $33.35 - $51.69. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
  • Location : Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL.
  • Part Time : Per Diem
  • Hours : Days, Rotating Shifts Monday - Friday (7am - 5pm), Rotating weekends (6 : 30a-3pm)
  • On-Call Shift : Rotate Every 7 weeks

General Summary :

Reporting to the Cardiac Services Manager, performs non-invasive ultrasound scans of the patient's heart to assist physicians in the diagnosis of medical disorders; monitors patient's condition; maintains area equipment and supplies.

What you will need :

  • Education : Current registration in Cardiac Sonographer / Echo RDCS, RCS, or registry eligible.
  • Certification : Current CPR certification.
  • Experience : Previous cardiac experience with neonates and pediatrics preferred.
