Position Highlights :
- Position : Category Manager
- Hourly Pay Range : $35.16 - $54.50. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
- Location : Evanston, IL
- Full Time
- Hours : Monday-Friday, 8am - 4 : 30pm
- Required Travel : May be required as needed
What you will do :
What you will need :
oExpertise in the following areas within Healthcare Supply Chain : Vendor negotiation, value analysis, contract management, managing product conversions, project management, and product standardization.
o Must be a critical thinker, well organized, detail oriented, skilled at problem solving, and high level written and verbal communication skills.
o Experience collaborating with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), analyzing, negotiating, summarizing, and presenting complex agreements.
o Ability to build relationships with clinical, administrative, and physician leadership.
o Intermediate level skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Adobe and PDF.
o Experience with Lawson system highly desirable.
o Knowledge of legal principles and routine business terms.
