Edward Hospital located in the west suburbs of Chicago, a part of Endeavor Health, offers a multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach to care. Our physicians are adept at using proven interventions to reduce pain and pain and increase mobility and functioning. They treat patients who suffer from a myriad of acute and chronic pain conditions. (Neck and lower back pain, Fibromyalgia, Neuropathic pain, Herniated and degenerative disc diseases, Headaches, Nervous system disorders, Vertebral body compression fracture, cancer related pain, myofascial pain).
- Full Time
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Comfortable with advanced pain management interventions and medication management
- Clinical support staff including NPs and PAs
- Mentorship available from experienced physicians
- EMR : EPIC
