- Required Travel : Must be willing to travel to other sites
What you will do :
The purpose of this job is to provide overall management of the Cardiovascular Department operations and staff with 24 / 7 accountability. They are responsible for leading teams, mentoring others, and collaborating with physicians, administration, and other departments to provide safe, high quality, and efficient cardiac and vascular diagnostic testing for patients.
The Senior Clinical RN Manager is responsible for :
Financial Management
Human Resources Management
Quality and Performance Improvement
Operation Management
Support Cardiovascular CSL growth initiatives and ensure operations meet metric goals
Clinical Outcomes of Care
Leadership
What you will need :
Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to units / specialty.
