ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION COORDINATOR FULL TIME Fayette County, GA
Liberty Classical Schools seeks an Enrollment and Registration Coordinator for Fayette Classical Academy. The Enrollment and Registration Coordinator will be responsible for providing information and support for families regarding the application, the lottery, and the subsequent enrollment and registration process. This position will be remote until facilities are acquired, after which this position will work on-site at the school in Fayette County.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Ensure that the educational opportunity is known throughout the attendance zone by planning and conducting parent informational sessions and other outreach events.
- Serve as the point of contact for enrollment-related questions from prospective families; share knowledge of lottery, enrollment, and registration policies and procedures.
- Coordinate lottery, waitlist, seat management, and student re-enrollment;
- Coordinate registration for all new students and maintain physical and computerized records for all students.
- Manage withdrawal process and reporting thereon.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
