What are the responsibilities and job description for the Records Clerk position at Northside Elementary?
Records Clerk duties include, but are not limited to:
- Organize and implement beginning of the year registration.
- Guide new families through the registration process throughout the school year.
- Document and maintain residency information.
- Send Letters to families when residency updates are required.
- Enter address and other data into the information system.
- Organize and update cumulative records as needed.
- Request and mail our records or new/existing students.
- Maintain and update foster/guardianship and homeless status for affected students.
- Support office staff.
- Regular in person attendance.
