Job Title: Sales Greeter
SUMMARY
Welcomes Sales Customers and gathers customer data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Approaches and greets all New and Used vehicle customers.
- Insures that all areas that new and used vehicles are displayed in are periodically checked for potential customers.
- Gathers customer data including name, address, phone number, email address, and vehicle needs/wants.
- Submits data to receptionist for entry into CRM.
- Introduces customer to the salesperson that management assigns to customer.
- Provides dealership directions to customers or and introduces them to staff.
- Directs customers with dealership concerns to the appropriate management. Informs management about customer concerns.
- Maintains a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school education up to the 11th grade.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
