- Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with inquiries and orders, both in-person and over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate auto parts.
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Requirements :
- Previous experience in auto parts sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and order processing systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive technology is a plus.
