Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and coaching various physical activities, including but not limited to cheerleading, karate, judo, and general sports. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
- Instruct students in various physical activities, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support and feedback to students to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Organize and lead group activities, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among participants.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction methods as necessary to meet diverse learning styles.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment within the gym or training facility.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress.
Skills
- Strong background in behavior management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Experience in childcare or working with children in a sports or educational setting.
- Proficiency in cheerleading, karate, judo, or other relevant sports coaching disciplines.
- Ability to educate students on proper techniques for climbing, gym activities, and other physical exercises.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Knowledge of health club practices and promoting overall fitness among participants.
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans and student records effectively.
