Key Responsibilities (During and After Training):
- Attend a paid state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program provided by Venza Care.
- Learn essential nursing assistant skills including assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Support nursing staff in delivering compassionate and personalized care.
- Create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Commit to completing the certification exam and transitioning into a CNA role at Venza Care.
Qualifications:
