Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer the restorative nursing program within the facility.
- Assess patient health, develop, and implement restorative care plans to promote patients' health and well-being.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to integrate restorative care with other healthcare services.
- Educate and support patients and their families regarding restorative care processes.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding restorative nursing practices.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Alabama
- Experience in restorative care or a similar rehabilitative nursing role
- Strong understanding of restorative care principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care
- Commitment to working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
