Introduction :  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join NorthSky’s dynamic team. This role is integral to the building, deploying, and maintaining our software systems and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining our technical operations through automation using intelligent solutions and technical support efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the deployment of application systems in production environments to ensure continuous availability of technical solutions.
• System Administration :  Handle provisioning of hardware and software systems, conducting security monitoring, and performing system patching to ensure robust security and system integrity.
• Troubleshooting :  Proactively monitor and identify bottlenecks and problems within the systems and address issues to optimize performance.
• Technical Infrastructure Architecture Design :  Design, configure, and monitor online systems, ensuring they are optimized, scalable, and secure.
• Automation :  Develop and maintain automated systems for tasks such as monitoring and log data processing, enhancing operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Technical Support :  Provide expert-level technical support for online or IT issues, including cloud services for Electronic VM machines, ensuring quick resolution of problems.
• Project Management :  Participate in project planning and management decisions, contributing to the smooth execution and successful delivery of projects.
• Operational Documentation :  Create and maintain detailed documentation of operational procedures, Q&A, and problem resolution processes.
• Network Management :  Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure they are functioning optimally without interruption.
