Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing NorthSky Supply products to current and potential business customers by telephone. This will involve outbound cold calling on leads to convert them into customers, managing ongoing relationships with purchasing customers, and tracking critical information in our CRM system.
- Sourcing leads in geographically defined territories
- Outbound cold calling on those leads to convert them into NorthSky Supply customers
- Managing outbound contact campaigns to ensure a good mix of prospective customer contacts and existing customer contacts
- Managing existing customer relationships to expand NorthSky Supply's business with them
- Tracking critical information in our CRM system
- Driving sales with new customers
- Solving customer inquiries
- Occasional order entry for customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced performance-oriented environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals with 1-2 years of sales experience and a proven track record of success.
