Role Overview

This leader will receive a strong annual base compensation of $575k , plus a $25k Quality Incentive , $30k Medical Director Stipend , a $125k sign-on bonus, 13 weeks PTO and inclusive benefits. Case Mix :

There is a diverse case mix, including mostly general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cardiothoracic, cath lab, OB, and some pediatrics (ASA 1 dental usually). No trauma, transplant, neurosurgery or spine, ENT or high-risk OB.

The hospital owns and operates a number of physician practices, providing services that include Primary Care, Obstetrics / Gynecology, General Surgical Services, Gynecologic Surgery, Cardiology, Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery, Oncology, Neurology, Urology, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology.

Salary : $125,000 - $575,000
