Role Overview
NorthStar is seeking a full-time Cardiothoracic Fellowship Trained or Cardiac Capable Anesthesiologist to join our exceptional anesthesia team at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment serving a diverse population.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Up to $565,000 total compensation
- 450,000 Base Salary
- 75,000 CV Stipend
- 25,000 Bonus potential
- 15,000 Leadership Stipend (Assistant Medical Director option)
- Paid malpractice and tail insurance
- 8 weeks PTO and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, 401k, life insurance)
