Job Description:
The IRTS Program Director will lead our team, overseeing the planning, direction, and coordination of rehabilitative services. This role requires expertise in 245I, MDH, and governing bodies relevant to IRTS and Northstar Behavioral Health.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of treatment plans, working closely with staff and recipients.
- Provide training, education, and consultative guidance to staff, promoting effective practice and compliance.
- Cultivate a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and communication among program staff and recipients.
- Evaluate recipient progress, make recommendations for improvement, and develop strategies to address challenges.
- Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and evaluation, to ensure high-quality care and effective service delivery.
- Facilitate clinical supervision meetings and provide guidance on recipient development plans.
- Consult on solutions for confidential or highly sensitive projects, ensuring compliance with governing bodies.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in behavior science.
- Three years (4,000 hours) of full-time experience in human services.
- Expertise in 245I, MDH, and all governing bodies relevant to IRTS and Northstar Behavioral Health.
