About the Role:
Northstar Behavioral Health Network is seeking an experienced IRTS Program Director to lead our Intensive Residential Services team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavior science, human services, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with recipients and staff.
- Provide training, education, and consultative guidance to staff, promoting evidence-based practice and compliance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, encouraging collaboration and open communication among program staff and recipients.
- Evaluate recipient progress, make recommendations for improvement, and develop strategies to address challenges.
- Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and evaluation, to ensure high-quality care and effective service delivery.
- Facilitate clinical supervision meetings and provide guidance on recipient development plans.
- Consult on solutions for confidential or highly sensitive projects, ensuring compliance with governing bodies.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in behavior science.
- Three years (4,000 hours) of full-time experience in human services.
- Expertise in 245I, MDH, and all governing bodies relevant to IRTS and Northstar Behavioral Health.
