All candidates must possess a technical skill set, professional mind set and dependability. Dealership experience is a plus but not required and this is a great opportunity for qualified candidates to join a fast growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and industry standards of professionalism
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional services are recommended. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs and parts availability. Advise a plan of repair for customers best interests keeping safety and professionalism at highest standards.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and utilizing Warranty Administrators direction and advice.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Service Technician experience required
- PA. State Inspection and Emissions licenses
- General Motors Experience and training a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certifications a plus but not required
- B level qualifications, including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to plan repairs and use tools
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve and EARN A GREAT INCOME
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively and add to our staff professionalism
- Ability to adapt and learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. The responsibility to operate customer vehicles in a professional manner.
