Northstar Construction Services is now hiring an experienced, Construction Superintendent for New Orleans.
- Must have 5 years commercial construction experience and multiple years of experience in restaurant ground-up experience and currently live in The Valley Region.
The right candidate for the position will:
- Embrace the challenges associated with, and excel in, a fast paced construction environment.
- Tech-Savvy, using ProCore and other digital communication tools including Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Strongly skilled in communicating complex and difficult issues to an internal and external team
- Enjoy dealing with clients, issues, problem solving and relationship building
- Capable of maximizing value and minimizing cost
- "Whatever it takes" attitude
- Solution oriented
- High level of integrity
