- Must have 5 years commercial construction experience and multiple years of experience in restaurant finish-out and ground-up experience.
- Embrace the challenges associated with, and excel in, a fast paced construction environment.
- Tech-Savvy, using ProCore and other digital communication tools including Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Strongly skilled in communicating complex and difficult issues to an internal and external team
- Enjoy dealing with clients, issues, problem solving and relationship building
- Capable of maximizing value and minimizing cost
