Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, patient assessment, and effective communication skills to educate patients about their oral health.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
• Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using Dentrix software.
• Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Experience

• A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with managing medical records is essential.
• Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, particularly in areas such as pediatric dentistry and prosthodontics.
• Strong clinical skills in performing dental extractions and root canal therapy are highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
