Client Services Representative
As a Client Services Representative, you’ll play a key role in handling client service requests and managing new account paperwork for investment accounts and annuity contracts. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys detailed work, and values accuracy in every task.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and handle incoming mail.
- Answer and direct calls while managing client communications.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Assist with opening and following up on various investment accounts (Traditional, Roth, Joint, 529, etc.).
- Process investment checks and follow up with clients post-meetings.
- Handle and track service requests while maintaining communication with clients.
- Maintain detailed client records in our CRM system (Redtail).
- Schedule meetings for advisors
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, including direct client interaction. Financial services industry experience is a must.
- Proficiency with Charles Schwab is a huge plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Tech-savvy with excellent computer skills.
- Must pass FBI fingerprinting and criminal history check
