NorthStar Ford is seeking a Reconditioning Technician/ Detailer!
Strong candidates for this position will have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and be self-motivated. Wages starting at $17.20an hour! This is a union position.
Job Duties and Requirements:
- Clean vehicles in accordance to the policies and procedures of NorthStar Ford
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Team-oriented
- Ability to coordinate all work with coworkers and team members
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Maintain the proper functioning of all reconditioning tools and equipment
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Must be able to work independently
- Need to be able to lift up to 60lbs
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Be able to operate Manual and Automatic transmissions
- Must have a valid driver's license

This position requires work on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Candidates must submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test and lifting assessment.
