What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lube and Tire Technician position at NorthStar Ford?
Northstar Ford is looking for a Full-Time Lube and Tire Technician.
Job Duties Include:
- Expertly check all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required. Possess an increasingly broad knowledge of how vehicles' complex components work and interact
- Perform routine service inspections, changes engine oil/filter, and lubricates chassis and other major components
- Drive vehicles in and around the premises as needed
- Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry
- Perform routine vehicle servicing activities as directed
- Adhere to NorthStar Ford's training schedule and complete training in a timely manner
Qualifications:
The ideal Lube Technician has a high school diploma/GED, an unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record, at least one year of vehicle-servicing experience, an aptitude for vehicle maintenance, and strong analytical and communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while performing quality work that exceeds dealership and customer expectations.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
