This position is located in ORLEANS, MASSACHUSETTS.

They have been installing, servicing, and designing efficient heating and air conditioning systems for home comfort on Cape Cod and islands area since 1992! We work on projects from simple residential boiler replacements to larger commercial air conditioning Systems.

Northstar Heating and Cooling is currently looking to add a Residential / Commercial Sales Project Estimator to our Team!
Someone with experience estimating residential and light commercial installation projects or someone with Lead / Foreman experience looking to transition into an estimating position. This position will work directly with the owner, and he will provide hands-on training!
What you will be doing :
- Estimating residential and light commercial installations
- Load calculations for proper sizing of equipment
- Wiring material lists
- Job costing and Labor hours
- Writing up estimate and installation contracts
- Working directly with the owner
Qualifications :
Work Hours : Monday through Thursday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., and Fridays, 7 : 30 a.m. to 11 : 30 a.m.
Pay Scale : 10% Commission Relocation Package if needed
