Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating routes, ensuring timely customer service, booking customer appointments, and maintaining efficient communication between technicians and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to analyze data, and proficiency in transportation management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule appointments.
• Utilize GPS and other tracking tools to monitor routes and provide real-time updates.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and clients.
• Manage processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Perform data entry tasks related to dispatching activities, maintaining accurate records.
• call and schedule bi-annual appointments to keep our technicians busy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.
• customer service experience.
• familiar with Service Titan.
• Proficient in using GPS technology for route planning and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration.
• Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions regarding dispatch operations.
• Experience with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
