Service Dispatcher
Reports to: Service Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create service work orders for technicians/supervisors
- Answer customer service requests
- Communication between field technicians/management/customers
- Parts tracking and follow-ups
- Create Purchase orders for materials and equipment
- Open work order tracking
- Work order completion to pass to billing department
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Time management skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Microsoft Office
- C/F Data software experience
- Experience in HVAC/R industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
