Position Overview:
As the HR/Office Manager, you will play a vital role in managing both human resources and office administration to ensure smooth operations. This position requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and people-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
· Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
· Employee relations—serve as a trusted point of contact and promote a positive culture
· Performance management, coaching, and goal-setting
· Policy development, compliance, and HR law adherence
· Oversee benefits administration and compensation strategies
Office Administration:
· Manage daily office operations and maintain a productive work environment
· Oversee office budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships
· Plan company meetings, events, and team engagement activities
· Serve as the point of contact for external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 3-5 years in human resources and/or office management; leadership experience preferred
Skills: Strong HR knowledge, excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and proficiency in HRIS & office software
Certifications (Preferred): SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR
