NorthStar Services-Bloomfield is hiring for the position of Support Supervisor. This person will be responsible for the professional work of directing the supports delivered by NorthStar to people in Knox and Cedar County. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in the field. Post high school education is preferred, but not required. Some supervisory experience is preferred.
Applicant must be self-motivated, dependable and organized in order to coordinate and execute person-centered services and supports. The ideal applicant will have the ability to establish and maintain an open system of communication with people in services, families/guardians, staff and state personnel.
